The AFC House...
Our student center is located at the northwest corner of FSU's campus, at the corner of Call St. and Stadium Dr (address: 514 Stadium Dr.). Inside you'll find a colorful house with a kitchen, study room, and wireless internet. The AFC House also has a vegetable garden for feeding the homeless.
Worship With Us. . .
Every Sunday at 6:30pm, the AFC House is the setting for an intimate, participatory worship experience of praise, prayer, and short meditations from the Bible. You will be welcomed and loved no matter who you are.
The FAMU chapter of AFC also has a weekly student-led meeting on campus every Tuesday at 7:30pm.
Play With Us...
SPORTS AND GAMES -- AFC members also love to have fun. Join us every Monday at 5:00pm behind FSU's Salley Hall for volleyball and/or basketball. AFC members are also involved in RISK and Foosball tournaments, video game nights, and intramural and city-league team sports.
CAR-PARKING PARTIES – We grill out at the AFC House for every FSU home game.
HIKES, CAMPOUTS, and TRIPS TO THE BEACH. We love to experience the beautiful world our God has made!
Get Away With Us...
AFC participates in several annual Christian retreats, such as a statewide college conference in the fall, a local Tallahassee college retreat, the National College Conference in Atlanta in November, Gulf Coast Getaway in January, and the Sonshine State Experience at Florida Bible Camp in the Spring.
Serve With Us...
AFC members are also involved in numerous services, such as feeding the homeless; visiting nursing homes; cleaning, mowing, visiting, and running errands for the elderly; tutoring teenagers; and much more!
